“As I have gotten older I realised my body and health were rapidly failing me. I have ended up with diabetes and blood sugars that were out of control and other health issues that if not addressed will leave me severely debilitated and a body that was gaining weight. I am so grateful to have read My Body’s Keeper. It is a memoir focused on the crucial element physical health has on our bodies, minds, and spirits. Jo’s writing is evocative, entertaining, and beautifully candid. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a nudge in the direction of self-examining for the purpose of overall health and wellness.
